Escape to Princes Farmhouse Granary our hideaway self catering holiday cottage in South Devon. The Granary is compact and the ideal place for couples wanting peace and quiet. The holiday accommodation is attached to our 17th century Grade II listed farmhouse. There are over two acres of orchard, paddock and gardens for you to explore.
To take advantage of the views and late evening sun, the living area is upstairs. You access the cottage via a flight of stone steps. Somehow it makes this unique property more private and it is always warm upstairs. Leading down from the dining area the internal stairs take you down into the romantic four poster bedroom.
You have your own private garden, but are free to explore the rest of Princes Farmhouse grounds - ideal for a secluded picnic. The Granary holiday cottage is not just a summer holiday destination. The cottage is available all year around there's nothing better than snuggling up in front of the fire after a exhilerating walk along the coastal path.
Close by (300 mtrs) is the village pub 'The Mussel Inn' for good beer and pub grub, The Eddystone Inn for sea views at Heybrook Bay about one mile away or, inland the same distance, historic Langdon Court Country House Hotel, for fine dining and Brasserie Bar (an Elizabethan Manor).
Self catering accommodation: Enter via external stone steps to First Floor Sitting/Dining-room with TV, DVD, DAB radio and castiron wood-burner style gas stove. Kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Shower-room with shower, WC and wash-basin.
